Hosting Support Portal
If you prefer to open tickets by email, you may also send a message to email@example.com. Please be sure to include a relevant subject line so that we can quickly triage. If you prefer a web interface, our support ticket tracking system is integrated into our client billing and management portal, my.tilted.com, which is securely accessed through your web browser by going to https://my.tilted.com/.
Login credentials for my.tilted.com are unrelated to the your hosting account credentials. If you do not have your Client ID or portal username, you can click “Forgot Password” and enter your email address. Your login information will be sent to you if it matches your email address that we have on record for your account. If your email address has changed, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you by alternative means to verify your identity.
Once you have signed into the portal, you can request technical support, check on your current services, update your contact and billing information and view your invoices. We appreciate your business, and look forward to continuing to serve you. Thank you!
